Answer: How do I check availability?
Tap “Set Event Date” at the top of the page, choose your date/time window, then the site will show what’s in stock for your area. If your date is flexible, message us and we’ll suggest the best options.
Answer: Are you licensed and insured?
Yes—Luvies Bounce House is a registered business and fully insured. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are available upon request. If your venue/park requires “additionally insured,” we can provide it with advance notice.
Answer: What about cleaning?
We sanitize before every rental using kid-safe, hospital-grade disinfectant and wipe down again at setup. Soft socks only inside—no food, drink, face paint, or confetti to keep our units pristine and photo-ready.
Answer: Wind/Rain policy?
Safety first. If sustained winds exceed 15–20 mph or heavy rain/lightning is forecast, we’ll reschedule or credit you. Drizzle is usually fine. We’ll confirm conditions the day prior and morning of your event.
Answer: Power & space needed?
- Power: 1 dedicated 110V/15A outlet per blower (most units use 1; combos 1–2). Outlet within ~75 ft. Generators available.
- Space: Please allow the listed footprint + 3 ft clearance on all sides and 16–18 ft overhead. Flat, clean surface only.
- Access: 36″ gate/entry minimum, no steep stairs. Grass is staked; hard surfaces are sandbagged.
